Twenty-one pockets, a detachable rear module and sleeve module, three ways to wear it. That's the system. That's the name.
The Architecture
All 21 pockets are invisible from the outside. Here's where your life goes.
Watch It Work
Unzip the hidden interior pocket, and the jacket zips itself into its own built-in sling bag. One zipper out, one zipper in — wear it crossbody.
3 Configurations
Detachable sleeves. Detachable rear module. Adapt to the trip you're actually on.
Rear module attached, every pocket loaded. Walk through the airport with your luggage on your body and nothing in your hands.
Module detached, sleek city silhouette. Everything you need for the day without the bulk — leave the luggage at the hotel.
Sleeves off, warm-weather ready. All the storage, none of the weight — the sleeves stash inside the rear module.
The Back Panel
The difference is one hidden layer: a zip-in panel of pockets that sits between your back and the back of the jacket.
Zip the back panel in and you gain a full layer of rear pockets — clothes, tablet, chargers — carried flat against your back where weight rides best. This is the 35L flight-day setup.
Arrived? Unzip the panel, leave it at the hotel, and the jacket drops to a slim city silhouette. Same jacket, same front pockets — none of the bulk you don't need that day.
One zipper is all it takes to switch. The panel stows flat when it's out.

Budget airlines charge $35–80 per carry-on. System26 pays for itself in about 5 flights — then keeps paying you back.
What Fits
A 16" laptop, tablet, chargers, toiletries, two days of clothes, water bottle, pillow, rain shell — all of it disappears into the jacket.
Wear it through security. No gate-check, no overhead bin, no baggage claim. Your jacket is your luggage.
Laptop, passport, water bottle, two days of clothes — all invisible from the outside. YKK zippers throughout.
The jacket packs into its own rear module. Arrives as a compact pouch, expands into a full 35L system in seconds.
Water-resistant ripstop shell, reinforced seams at every load point, and a lifetime repair guarantee.
The Question Everyone Asks
Same person. Same jacket. One is carrying a laptop, a tablet, chargers, toiletries and two days of clothes. Can you tell which?

For the Gear Nerds
"I built this because I was tired of choosing between traveling light and having what I need."
I've spent the last decade living out of a bag across dozens of countries — Medellín, Lisbon, Warsaw, and everywhere between. Every trip was the same negotiation: pay for the carry-on, fight for bin space, or leave things behind. System26 is the answer I couldn't buy, so we engineered it: real luggage capacity, hidden in a jacket you'd actually want to wear. This is the gear I use every single week — now it's yours.

"Flew Warsaw → Lisbon on a budget fare with zero bags. The gate agent looked at me twice and waved me through. Surreal."
Beta Tester 013 weeks, 4 flights"The laptop pocket is the killer feature for me — through security without unpacking anything once TSA cleared it visually."
Beta Tester 02Digital nomad, 6 countries"I expected to feel like a walking closet. Loaded with two days of clothes it honestly just reads as a normal jacket."

Yes. Clothing you're wearing isn't counted against your baggage allowance on any major carrier. In Full Travel configuration the rear module can also be detached and carried as a standard personal item if you'd rather not wear it during boarding.
A 16" laptop, a tablet, chargers and cables, toiletries, a packed-down rain shell, a water bottle, and roughly two days of clothing (2 tees, underwear, socks, a light layer). For trips up to a week, pair it with laundry on the road — that's how we travel.
Weight rides on your torso and shoulders the way a fitted vest does — distributed, not hanging. Fully loaded it's about 6.5 kg, similar to a light backpack but spread across more surface area. For warm climates, detach the sleeves and wear it as a vest.
Unisex XS–3XL, cut with extra room in the torso so a loaded jacket still drapes naturally. A full size chart with chest measurements ships with the Kickstarter page, and we'll offer one free size exchange.

Yes — remove the rear module and sleeve inserts, empty the pockets, and machine wash cold. The shell is water-resistant ripstop and dries fast.
